What should I expect from the class?

First, we are not here to be perfect dancers, but we are here to have fun! Expect to sweat, smile, and meet awesome people :)

 

Zumba is meant to be an excellent HIIT exercise. So good that you do not even notice that you are exercising!

 

Make sure to bring water!

Is the class suitable for beginners?

Zumba is meant to be beginner-friendly. My classes do tend to be a bit more high-intensity but I will do my best to guide you through it and make you feel comfortable. Expect to work a little extra hard though ;)

How much do you charge?

How can I sign up?

Please make sure to sign up under Book a Class.

Indoor classes: signing up is mandatory to reserve a spot. Since classes have limited capacity, you may not be able to join if you did not book your spot.

Outdoor classes: signing up is not mandatory BUT classes are weather dependent, so you need to be able to receive updates - either by signing up for a class (no payment needed) or by following me on Instagram and checking my stories @mynameiskatezumba
